We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Educational Opportunities for Children & Families. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to staff members, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
- System Maintenance: Ensure timely updates of computer operating systems and conduct regular tests to verify the functionality of current and new systems.
- Communication: Practice consistent communication with team members and provide comprehensive support as directed.
- Reliability: Show up on time and stay through the scheduled shift.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid Oregon or Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile insurance as mandated by Washington State law.
- Reliable Transportation: Have ready access to a personal, legally licensed motor vehicle.
- Criminal Background Check: Submit to fingerprinting and a criminal history background check.
- Health Screening: Pass a pre-employment health screening indicating freedom from communicable diseases and an annual health examination as prescribed by physician to ensure freedom from communicable diseases.
