Behavioral Support Specialist

ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Behavioral Support Specialists to provide essential services in educational settings. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavioral support.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Onsite role
- Multiple caseloads available
Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the state of Washington through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Preferred experience with individuals diagnosed with autism or similar developmental challenges.
- Background in educational or behavioral settings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Training in SBT is preferred but not mandatory.

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $22/hr, commensurate with experience.
