Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Florence Filter. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective customers, presenting product information, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and qualify prospective customers through targeted outreach.
- Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Present product information and solutions to potential clients.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM system.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
- Achieve key performance indicators, including outbound call goals, quote conversion rates, and sales revenue targets.
Salary: The hourly compensation for this role is $25-$30 per hour, with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses. Eligibility for commissions based on invoiced sales, including incentives for new accounts, reactivated accounts, and existing/recurring accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace positive coaching.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and computer operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows, Mac).
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
