Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee subsystems within our organization.

Role Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for conducting various inspections on products, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations. Key duties include:
  • Performing in-process and final inspections on projects as per customer orders.
  • Ensuring compliance with defined requirements and documenting findings.
  • Utilizing precision measuring tools to validate product conformity.
  • Assisting teams in interpreting engineering drawings and procedures.
  • Defining and interpreting customer and international standards.
  • Coordinating corrective and preventive actions related to quality management.
  • Conducting process validations and in-process audits, reporting results as per QMS procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of quality system documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the QMS database.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and obtain Special Access Program (SAP) acceptance.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a highly regulated field such as aerospace, military, or medical.
  • Experience with subsystem wire harness and tube routing installation or validation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wire harness defects per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
  • Experience using Go-No-Go tools for validation.
  • Proficiency with multimeters for verifying conductivity and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of aerospace tubing/plumbing installation techniques.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Compensation and Benefits
The wage range for this position is between $30 - $45 per hour, complemented by a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Additional compensation may be available for off-shifts and off-site work.
