Position Overview: Schneider Electric is looking for a dedicated Quality Control Associate to support our product inspection efforts.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of quality control process plans under the mentorship of experienced team members.
  • Support quality assurance operations for equipment, concentrating on less technically intricate items to ensure adherence to specifications and engineering designs.
  • Engage in Finished Quality Control by verifying specifications, aiding in the return of products for rework, and confirming rework under supervision.
  • Contribute to fostering a safe and healthy work environment by understanding and adhering to standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to inspections by helping to complete reports and logs, and maintaining records under supervision.
  • Communicate quality issues or findings to the immediate supervisor and assist in ensuring that corrective measures are effectively implemented.

Qualifications:

  • Technical professional training.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Experience in Tier I automotive environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Procore is highly recommended.
  • Experience in safety protocols is valuable.
  • Previous experience in industrial settings.
