We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Control Specialist to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing our wound care program and developing and maintaining an active Infection Control program.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of the wound care program
- Develops and maintains active Infection Control program
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective infection control practices
- Conducts regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develops and implements education programs for staff on infection control best practices
- Current, valid state RN/LPN license
- Current, valid CPR certification
- Wound Care Certification (WCC)
- Infection Preventionist certification
- Hours: 12 PM - 8:30 PM
