Job Overview

Hospitality Staffing Solutions Group LLC is a leading provider of staffing services in the hospitality sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients across the nation.

We are currently in search of an Account Supervisor to enhance our operations. This position is pivotal in fulfilling our clients' staffing requirements within the hospitality field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and administration of our staffing solutions.
  • Devise recruitment strategies and actively engage in networking to address current and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure their staffing demands are met.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing client properties.
  • Monitor and document open and filled positions on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide training for candidates lacking necessary experience.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive adequate training and management support.
  • Verify that all new employees complete background checks, drug screenings, and necessary paperwork prior to commencing work.
  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate assessments.
  • Address performance and employee relations issues promptly for assigned personnel.
  • Complete daily reports and administrative tasks related to hiring, tracking hours, and payroll, ensuring payroll is processed weekly.
  • Document all client and candidate interactions in our system as required.
  • Lead safety meetings and provide weekly training to property teams, maintaining records of safety training.
  • Regularly attend property meetings to stay informed and engaged.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely communication and follow-up with clients and employees.
  • Complete workers' compensation incident forms as necessary and collaborate with the Risk department to resolve claims.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is essential, with a focus on on-site management.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing skills.
  • Experience with internet job boards is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% within the local area.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance, with reliable transportation for work purposes.
