Job Overview

This position requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client service specialists to ensure timely completion of service-related requests, including direct communication with clients as needed.
  • Manage routine maintenance and service inquiries efficiently.
  • Execute operational or administrative tasks related to client requests (e.g., check requests, fund transfers, address changes, dividend information).
  • Investigate client and security details using the back-office system.
  • Support Financial Advisors with administrative duties, such as phone coverage, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining files and calendars.
  • Foster existing client relationships by processing requests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring key client information is current.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new client accounts, including gathering necessary documentation and client information based on account types.
  • Engage in outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with clients and promote Firm services and solutions, such as digital access and cash management options.
  • Prepare and verify all new account documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Actively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management and attend relevant functions.
  • Adhere to established audit and compliance protocols.
  • Document client service interactions consistently in the CRM tool.
  • Engage in available training and educational programs to stay informed on policies, procedures, risk awareness, and technology.
  • Participate in cross-training and assist with other operational tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional service and create a positive client experience.

1. High School diploma or equivalent education and relevant training.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

5. FINRA Series 65 is recommended but not mandatory.
