As a Client Relationship Specialist within the PNC Private Bank division, you will be part of a dedicated team.

The Client Relationship Specialist acts as the main liaison for our clients and advisors in fulfilling client service and administrative requests by initiating or completing tasks across all PNC Private Bank offerings (Banking, Investment, and Fiduciary). This role also collaborates with Advisors and Leaders on any client-related activities.

As the custodian of the service experience, the Client Relationship Specialist works closely with Advisors, Middle Office, or Operations teams to ensure service request fulfillment, supporting our shared objective of becoming more client-focused and delivering a world-class, seamless client experience.

This position reports directly to the Client Service Manager or the Client Service Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a resource for customer solutions.
  • Collects necessary documentation. Prepares, reviews, and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Executes common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and procedures. May manage complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners and may serve as an escalation point for intricate client implementation and servicing issues.
  • Initiates, updates, and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as necessary.
  • Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
