GENERAL FUNCTION:

As a trusted consultant and team leader, you will simplify complexities for our Private Bank clientele by engaging and collaborating with them to define and achieve their financial aspirations. You will assemble a team of highly qualified specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management, investment strategies, private banking solutions, risk assessment, and trust services. Your role will ensure the execution of Private Bank standards and client service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales:
  • Identify and cultivate internal and external networks to generate new client opportunities.
  • Utilize the Life360 Discovery process to assess client needs, leading to assets under management, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth management.
  • Act as a Core Team Member for One Bank, recognizing opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Exhibit expertise in consultative sales, managing client service standards to foster enduring client relationships.
  • Develop and implement a strategic personal business plan to meet defined revenue and business goals.
Client Experience:
  • Establish practices that ensure team coordination in delivering Private Bank experience standards.
  • Employ the Life360 process in collaboration with team members to provide tailored advice-driven solutions.
  • Work with a specialized team to ensure high-quality client service delivery.
  • Meet service standards and metrics based on client needs, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management.
  • Identify and refer opportunities for advanced planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants) to align recommendations with client objectives.
  • Leverage internal and external service providers to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clients with insights on current market trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of investment products and strategies.
  • Oversee the organization and execution of client reviews to ensure alignment with service standards.
  • Manage the overall profitability of client relationships.
  • Ensure timely documentation of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement by exploring ways to deepen client relationships across all Private Bank services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Centers of Influence within the Bank.
  • Ensure the implementation of recommendations provided to clients.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure information and resources are shared effectively.
  • Address developmental needs and knowledge gaps as identified by management.
  • Promote the Bancorp Vision and Core Values through personal actions and leadership influence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • CFP, CFA, or CPWA certification preferred, to be obtained within specified timeframes.
  • State life and health insurance licenses required as per guidelines.
  • A minimum of eight years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services sector.
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes affecting clients and collaborate with specialists to remain updated on services.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Registration under the S.A.F.E. Act is required at the time of employment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Standard office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.
  • Extended periods of viewing computer screens.
