We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission by providing outstanding client service and support.

Mission/Purpose of Position:

To contribute to the growth and success of our practice by delivering a world-class client experience. This will involve building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Successfully communicate the value of our services to clients, address their concerns, and provide clear information about our offerings.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage client schedules, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing no-shows.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a personalized experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the practice, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as needed.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve our services and client experience.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $17 - $23/hour
  • 10 paid vacation days in the first year
  • Optional paid week off between Christmas and New Year
