Job Overview

This position requires in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client service specialists to ensure timely completion of service-related requests, including direct communication with clients when necessary.
  • Manage routine maintenance and service inquiries efficiently.
  • Execute operational or administrative tasks related to client requests, such as processing check requests, wiring funds, updating addresses, and providing dividend information.
  • Conduct research on client and security information utilizing the back-office system.
  • Support Financial Advisors with administrative duties, including telephone coverage, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining files and calendars.
  • Enhance existing client relationships by processing requests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that key client information and documentation are current.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new client accounts, which involves gathering necessary documentation and client information based on the established account types.
  • Engage in outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with clients and identify firm services and solutions that align with their needs, such as digital access and cash management options.
  • Prepare and review all new account documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Actively participate in firm initiatives directed by local management and attend relevant functions as required.
  • Adhere to established audit and compliance protocols.
  • Document all client service interactions consistently in the CRM tool.
  • Engage in available training and educational programs to stay informed on policies, procedures, risk awareness, and technology.
  • Participate in cross-training and assist with other operational functions as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service and foster a positive client experience.
