Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Job Summary:

FullSteam is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will support the Sr. HR Manager in executing and completing company projects and tasks using independent judgement and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development, and project implementation efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Task Delegation: Outlines the tasks involved in a project and delegates accordingly.
  • Project Support: Addresses project questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • HR Compliance: Ensuring HR Compliance policies are being followed nationwide.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices nationwide.
  • Project Updates: Update project plans as needed to include contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.
  • Support and Assistance: Assisting and supporting with all open orders nationwide.
  • Project Communication: Ensuring all project updates are being sent on a timely manner for all HR Champions.
  • Review and Training: Support with reviewing and training an all submittal for Promotions/Replacements for the teams in all Service Centers.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Tracking all Submittals, Replacements, Promotions for all DC's.
  • Investigations and Audits: Assist with Investigations, Councils and File Audits for all the Service Centers.
  • Travel and Business Needs: Performs other related duties as assigned. Travel based on business needs and/or project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 2-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Workforce Management: Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
