  • Policy Implementation: Assist the Director in implementing policies, procedures, and forms to facilitate effective program operation.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Community Partnerships: Coordinate outreach and collaboration efforts with community partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience in a social services organization, leading programs, projects, or staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: Master of Social Work or a discipline related to program services.
  • Supervisory Experience: Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader managing 5 or more individuals.
  • Public Contact Experience: Experience with managing public contacts, such as HUD ESG and SAMHSA.
  • Report Development: Experience with report development for public funders.
  • Community Resources: Knowledge about community resources.
  • Database Management: Experience with HMIS and other relevant databases used by partner service providers.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and/or limited English capabilities.

We provide a variety of social services to Los Angeles area communities, including Head Start programs, Upward Bound college prep programs, veterans' services, homeless shelters, low-income housing programs, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
