Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.

- BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Construction (MEP) industry.
- Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Highly competitive base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based commission/annual bonus structure.
