Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Crete United is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory and creating new accounts for our commercial MEP operations in the Texas area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
  • Master the Crete United Partners' strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.
Requirements:
  • BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Construction (MEP) industry.
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
