About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team at SCL Health Medical Group Denver. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families, answer phone calls, and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments, register patients, and verify demographic information.
  • Collect patient payments, prepare medical records, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and administrative support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
