About the Role

The Denver Dumb Friends League is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons over the phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls and route calls as needed.
  • Provide general information and answer questions about the League's programs and services.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry to update patron and animal records and scheduling appointments for services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to and lead initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience in a high volume call center or similar environment.
  • Bilingual fluency speaking both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with VOIP phone systems.
  • Experience with Chameleon software program.
