Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Staff - Substitute to join our team at The Rock Academy. As a key member of our front office, you will provide exceptional customer service to student families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the admissions team, including greeting families and supporting assessments.
- Manage phone messages, ensure timely callbacks to address parental concerns.
- Administer care for students who become ill or injured, contacting parents for pick-up when necessary.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive $52,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience. The Rock Academy is an equal opportunities employer and offers a supportive work environment.
