About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Specialist to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office administration tasks, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to local market leadership, including ordering catering, making reservations, and booking conference rooms.
  • Event Support: Coordinate internal office meetings and events, as well as external and larger, office-wide events.
  • Employee Experience + Culture: Coordinate employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other life events, and ensure that employees feel supported and connected.
  • Market Communications: Maintain shared operations inboxes and respond to all messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate with talent acquisition, people leaders, IT, and welcome program to support new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom and Slack.
  • Ability to lift and move 25 pounds.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
