Job Description

We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Positive Resource Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our office operations and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct incoming telephone calls and respond to public inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clinical and security staff to ensure safe entry/exit of clients.
  • Develop and implement filing systems for general documents and client clinical records.
  • Maintain security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and receptionist roles.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
