Job Title: Sales Manager

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales team and drive revenue growth in the Office Furniture Manufacturing industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Conduct regular cold calling and outside sales to generate new business.
  • Manage high-level B2B sales with major clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B setting, including experience with cold calling and outside sales.
