Sales Director

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our nationwide sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Conduct regular cold calling and outside sales to generate new business
- Manage high-level B2B sales with major clients
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the furniture manufacturing industry
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B setting, including experience with cold calling and outside sales
