Corporate Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals? Excel Hotel Group is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA.

This is a unique opportunity to work with multiple brands and properties, developing sales and marketing plans, providing sales training, and analyzing revenue management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for assigned properties
  • Provide sales training to hotel staff and analyze revenue management strategies
  • Schedule sales appointments, conduct solicitation calls, and organize sales data
  • Work closely with clients to coordinate details and special requests, and maintain good rapport with clients
  • Participate in sales conference calls and perform essential functions of Director of Sales/Sales Manager/Sales Leader in their absence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality sales and/or management experience
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
