Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization capabilities.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities.
  • Solid understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Proficient in Google Calendar, Gmail, and Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
  • Experience handling sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
  • Strong memory retention and ability to recall details.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and math skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Professional, articulate, and well-spoken.
  • Friendly, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong social awareness.
  • Creative skills (video editing, design, etc) a plus but not required.
