Executive Chef Assistant

AEG is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day catering production, operations, and sanitation aspects of culinary and stewarding services throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of culinary staff in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to achieve culinary excellence
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume full-service food operation
• Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and relative costs
• Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
