Job Description

Position Overview: Pivot Home Health is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to take on the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. This full-time position is essential for enhancing our marketing and sales efforts within the Denver Metro Area. As a Medicare-certified agency, we are committed to expanding our reach and fostering relationships that lead to valuable home health referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to generate leads.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing revenue and expanding client base.
  • Identify innovative solutions to meet the needs of clients and referral sources.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential clients and referral contacts.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring adherence to established processes.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate events and meetings to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize tools and technology for sales effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of sales operations and project management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role within the health or home care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving referrals, particularly within Medicare.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare providers and referral networks is preferred.
  • Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Work Environment: The role is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels and minimal physical risk. The position requires regular sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
