Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Lawn and Garden

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Lawn and Garden to join our team at Kellogg Supply, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Grow overall territory sales by increasing point-of-sale (POS) in a manner consistent with the Kellogg culture and values.
  2. In-Store Execution: Maintain store presentation standards through building, maintaining, cleaning, and stocking displays and home locations.
  3. Key Results: Accountable for Key Results as assigned by Director of Field Sales.
  4. Customer Relationships: Represent Kellogg to customer base within territory, furthering corporate relationships in accordance with Kellogg culture.
  5. Inventory Management: Through use of POS and other daily inventory reports, monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to Regional Manager, Account Manager, and Director of Field Sales in a timely manner.
  6. Order Submissions: Work in collaboration with store management and Kellogg account manager to submit approved orders for stores with low inventory levels. All orders must comply with company shipment and customer inventory polices.
  7. Physical Inventory Counts: Work closely with store management to ensure accuracy of physical on-hand inventory. Inventory counts must be conducted at every store visit.
  8. Customer Meetings: At minimum, meet quarterly with key decision makers in your territory to establish solid relationships including but not limited to
