Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Sonic Anatomic Pathology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitability within a designated territory or region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations to provide exceptional customer-focused service and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota within company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in outside sales or service, preferably in the medical field.
  • Ability to analyze potential markets, plan selling activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Knowledge of sales process and ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of outside sales or service experience in the medical field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
