Safety Sales Expert

Adams Limitless Inc is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional chance to leverage your B2B sales expertise and make a real impact in the construction safety industry.
About the RoleThis is not just a sales position, but an opportunity to be a champion for safety on-site. You will work closely with clients to help them create safer job sites, ensuring lives and livelihoods are protected.
- Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (base salary + uncapped commission)
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the safety industry. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a huge plus, as you will be working with Spanish-speaking clients. Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and technical savviness are also essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed annual sales targets of $1M, with average purchase orders ranging from $20,000 to $40,000.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
