  • Order Management: Handle incoming calls and accurately input sales orders into our system.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders when necessary, including lifting items up to 70 lbs.
  • Training: Participate in warehouse training to gain familiarity with our extensive product range and operational procedures.

General Expectations:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate proficiency in computer operations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and via phone.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
