About the Role:

The Territory Business Manager will play a critical role in driving demand generation and sales growth for Argenx's neurology franchise. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a focused approach to engage with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales growth and meet quarterly objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate sales data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure a competitive edge
  • Adhere to all Argenx compliance policies, guidelines, and approved sales messages

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, with a strong background in neurology
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual sales environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market access dynamics, including specialty pharmacy and buy & bill accounts
