We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.


Position Overview:

The Sales Territory Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be instrumental in achieving sales objectives within the designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects through effective lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influential practitioners in the endodontic sector.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to dental professionals to ensure optimal product utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance sales efforts and address client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent Kinetica at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Travel as necessary within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend relevant events.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in the dental industry, particularly in endodontics or similar products, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
  • Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently.
