About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at AppliedVR. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our innovative virtual reality-based pain management platform to healthcare providers within the VA and DoD in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive adoption of our VR pain management platform among healthcare providers in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing VA and DoD contacts, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare providers on the benefits and value of our VR pain management platform.
  • Utilize your knowledge of new product reimbursement strategies to build a book of business for our flagship product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales leads within your territory.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of medical sales experience selling prescriptive DME, pharmaceutical pain products, and/or other medical devices.
  • Prior experience and strong relationships within the VA and DoD in the relevant territory is preferred but not required; veterans highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience selling disruptive technologies or commercial launch of a new product or company.
  • Expert-level understanding and knowledge of the pain management market segment.
  • Understanding of current telehealth trends, device reimbursement, CPT codes, and the DME market segment.
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a startup environment and can self-prioritize and thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to frequently drive or take other modes of transportation to visit contacts in-person.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
  • Competitive commission plan and equity compensation.
