Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rachel Machin - State Farm Agent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.


You will be responsible for greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone, managing appointment scheduling and office communications, assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service and following up on client needs.


Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year and a range of benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development.
