Job Description

The Project Manager Assistant provides essential support to the project management team by handling administrative, coordination, and logistical tasks. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain foundational experience in project management while contributing to the successful execution of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage communications, and maintain organized project files.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with task planning, prioritization, and coordination under supervision.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and inventory records.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate shipments, ensuring accuracy in part preparation and tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
