Currently, they boast over 350 locations globally and are poised for further expansion.

Position Summary:

The Studio Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing studio operations. This position is primarily focused on sales, with responsibilities encompassing both leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and establish connections with local businesses.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via calls, texts, and emails to potential clients.
  • Boost membership sales through strategic outside sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory and product availability.
  • Train and supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists to enhance team performance.
  • Utilize ClubReady (CRM) for managing reports related to timekeeping and payroll.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve high-level inquiries independently.
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding dues and ensure studio cleanliness and organization.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain operational standards.
  • Ensure all administrative supplies and studio literature are adequately stocked and displayed.
  • Plan and participate in community events and promotional activities.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to effectively generate leads for the studio.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness or membership sales is preferred.
  • Experience with presales and pop-up events is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and mentor staff in sales techniques.
  • Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong independent work ethic with collaborative skills.
  • Capability to manage diverse revenue streams, including membership and retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and digitally.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and varied environment.
  • Proficient organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and professional in demeanor.
  • Proficient in computer applications and studio management software.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with opportunities for commission and performance-based bonuses. There is significant potential for career advancement within the organization.
