Position Summary:
The Sales and Studio Director will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing studio operations. This position entails a focus on sales, comprising approximately 80-90% of the responsibilities, with the remaining 10-20% dedicated to staff management and operational oversight.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness or membership sales is preferred.
- Experience with presales and pop-up events.
- Proven ability to generate sales and effectively train staff in sales techniques.

- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and email to potential clients.
- Drive membership sales through strategic outside sales efforts.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory levels for studio products.
- Train and supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists.
- Utilize ClubReady (CRM) for reporting and payroll management.
- Make independent decisions to enhance customer service quality.
- Manage outstanding dues and ensure studio cleanliness and organization.
- Enforce studio policies and procedures consistently.
- Ensure availability of administrative supplies and studio literature.
- Plan and participate in community events and studio promotions.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience and performance. There are opportunities for commission and bonuses, as well as potential for career advancement within the organization.
