Position Summary:

The Sales and Studio Director will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing studio operations. This position entails a focus on sales, comprising approximately 80-90% of the responsibilities, with the remaining 10-20% dedicated to staff management and operational oversight.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness or membership sales is preferred.
  • Experience with presales and pop-up events.

  • Train and supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists.

Compensation:
