We are seeking a seasoned OTC Business Analyst who will collaborate with various teams to define, document, design, implement, and support SAP ECC and related software solutions to fulfill business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute as a member of the OTC (Order to Cash) team, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of IS Applications that support Order to Cash and associated business operations.
  • Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with business users and leadership to define processes, set priorities, and execute IS projects effectively.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to drive initiatives to completion, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Medline's business processes, map process flows, and identify opportunities for improvement through process changes or system enhancements.
  • Engage with the business community to gather, define, and document requirements and business goals, delivering IS solutions within established deadlines.
  • Ensure optimal system availability and demonstrate urgency in addressing organizational needs.
  • Work alongside technical and functional teams to assess and propose design alternatives, delivering optimal solutions while minimizing system impact.
  • Present concepts, designs, and expertise to user groups and management.
  • Lead project delivery and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate system-related issues and impacts to stakeholders in clear, non-technical language.
  • Document detailed requirements, solution designs, and test plans in accordance with Medline's SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct functional testing and support the QA review process for change approvals.
  • Assist management in evaluating enhancement requests, estimating efforts, developing project plans, and tracking delivery timelines.
  • Plan and conduct knowledge transfer activities for newly implemented functionalities to team members and business users.
  • Actively participate in the monitoring, maintenance, support, and enhancement of our OTC System Landscape, including SAP ECC, Vistex, Tableau, SQL, and other tools.
  • Provide off-hours support as necessary, including participation in the on-call rotation.
  • Keep management and team members informed of status changes as required.
  • Utilize sound judgment to determine when communication is necessary.
  • Recognize the need for team collaboration and share knowledge of responsibilities.
  • Ensure coverage of areas of expertise during absences.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP SD configuration and processes, including integration with other systems and modules.
  • Highly motivated and reliable, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven capability to analyze, research, assess, and implement SAP solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge of order processing, delivery processing, logistics execution, billing, pricing, and related areas.
  • Experience with web-based ordering systems and SAP-based integrations is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
  • Ability to identify the impact of processes across multiple functional areas or SAP modules.
  • Experience with SQL querying, HANA Studio, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Experience in suggesting improvements to business processes and IS processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to map process flows using Visio.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and able to learn proprietary Medline tools.
  • Ability to interact successfully with off-site team members in a matrix environment.
