Position Summary:

The General/Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving studio sales and managing operations. This position focuses primarily on sales, with additional responsibilities in staff management and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via phone, text, and email to potential clients.
  • Drive membership sales through external sales efforts and business development strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory levels for studio products.
  • Supervise and train Sales Representatives and Flexologists.
  • Utilize ClubReady (CRM) for reporting and payroll management.
  • Ensure high-level customer service through independent decision-making.
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
  • Participate in community events and studio promotions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness or membership sales.
  • Experience with presales and pop-up events is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and train staff effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data management and prioritization.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Proficient with computer systems and studio management software.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based commissions and bonuses. There is significant potential for career growth within the organization.
