Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction companies in the Columbia, mid-Missouri market.
Key Responsibilities- Present and sell our Forge + Build products and services to potential and current customers.
- Maintain monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our General Manager to develop territory sales initiatives.
- Manage multiple locations and ensure seamless customer service.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience.
- Ability to physically visit locations within assigned territory.
- Previous sales experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
