- Identify Opportunities for Growth: Identify opportunities for partnering and growth with hospitals and healthcare organizations.
- Manage Leads: Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process for clients.
- Increase Referral Sources: Increase the number of referral sources within a facility, including physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.
- Coordinate Admissions: Coordinate with clinical assessment teams on referrals for admission based on the services provided by our facilities.
- Educate Patients and Referral Sources: Educate patients, families, community, and other referral sources on programs, services, and amenities provided within our facilities.
- Document Referral Sources: Document referral sources within our contact management system.
- Develop Events and Educational Forums: Develop events and educational forums that demonstrate our programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources.
- Maintain Existing Relationships: Maintain existing referral relationships and ensure regular communication with top referral sources.
- Utilize Analytic Tools: Utilize analytic tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively plan and evaluate activity to optimize results.
- Represent the Facility: Represent our facility in professional forums and communicate our mission in all outreach interactions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years' experience in sales and/or marketing required.
- Licenses/Designations/Certifications: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile, where required.
