Position Summary:

The selected candidate will lead a dedicated team, focusing on cultivating business prospects for Flat Branch Home Loans. Success in this role will be measured by achieving sales targets, effectively managing customer inquiries, and engaging in proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the National NMLS certification and secure the necessary state licenses.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in mortgage pre-qualification.
  • Develop expertise in the dynamic landscape of lead generation within the mortgage sector, providing a compelling value proposition to potential clients while adeptly addressing objections.
  • Engage in consistent prospecting for new business opportunities and maintain diligent follow-up with leads in the sales pipeline.
  • Complete comprehensive pre-qualification applications to assist clients in obtaining pre-qualification letters for home offers.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Accurately report productivity and sales metrics to management, participating in regular accountability sessions with leadership.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate with marketing partners.
  • Deliver performance metrics to management.
  • Mentor and inspire ISA team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong passion for sales.

  • Must acquire the required licenses.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in lead calling.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
