Position Summary:
House of Blues is in search of a Social Media Specialist focused on TikTok to assist in generating captivating content for our diverse brands. This role will report to the Senior Social Media Manager and will involve working closely with marketing teams, keeping abreast of TikTok trends, and crafting creative content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside social media and marketing teams to develop engaging content for various TikTok brands
  • Remain updated on TikTok trends and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the marketing team
  • Create daily TikTok content utilizing Adobe Suite and other content creation tools
  • Propose and coordinate TikTok shoots for different brands
  • Devise TikTok strategies for cross-posting content on additional platforms
  • Compose creative captions and text for each brand's content
  • Establish TikTok social calendars for concerts, shows, and festivals
  • Film and edit TikToks during events and shoots
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and social media feedback
  • Compile social reports for events and announcements
  • Support social and marketing teams during events and festivals
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing
  • Thorough understanding of TikTok
  • Familiarity with electronic music and festival culture
  • Experience in creating engaging content using mobile devices
  • Proficient in various social media platforms and tools
  • Experience working at concerts or large-scale events
Work Environment:
  • Capability to thrive in loud and dynamic settings
  • Willingness to travel and work during unconventional hours
