POSITION SUMMARY:

We are in search of a highly qualified Executive Protection Specialist to play a vital role within our organization. This position is essential for delivering top-notch security services to our executives and their families, ensuring their safety and tranquility in all circumstances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing thorough and discreet protection, skillfully managing potential threats, and creating a secure atmosphere that allows our leaders to concentrate on their innovative endeavors without worry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing comprehensive risk evaluations and formulating tailored security strategies
  • Delivering close protection and security escort services during travel, events, and daily activities
  • Monitoring security cameras, systems, and access controls
  • Identifying and evaluating potential security risks, implementing proactive measures to avert and mitigate threats
  • Maintaining a high level of vigilance, security presence, and situational awareness, responding promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement and other relevant entities as necessary
  • Conducting security briefings and training sessions for clients and their personnel
  • Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy of clients, staff, and business partners
  • Ensuring safe and secure transportation for clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in executive protection or personal security, ideally in a corporate or high-net-worth setting
  • Strong physical fitness and defensive tactics capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in a family-oriented environment with children is preferred
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant security training are highly advantageous
  • Military experience and a CCW license are desirable but not mandatory

SUPERVISION:

The Executive Protection Specialist will report directly to the Director of Security.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role will primarily be based in a designated location.
