POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Protection Security Manager to deliver unparalleled security services to our leadership and their families. This pivotal role demands a combination of advanced tactical expertise, strategic insight, and a steadfast commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

As the Executive Protection Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our top executives, enabling them to concentrate on their responsibilities without distraction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations and develop customized security strategies.
  • Provide close protection and security escort services during travel, events, and daily activities, ensuring seamless safety operations.
  • Oversee security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Continuously assess and analyze potential security threats, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks before they escalate.
  • Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness, capable of responding swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
  • Supervise other security personnel and manage schedules to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
  • Assist with estate management duties as required.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant parties to enhance security protocols.
  • Lead security briefings and training sessions for clients and their staff, ensuring preparedness and awareness.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of clients, staff, and business partners at all times.
  • Provide secure transportation for clients, ensuring every journey is smooth and secure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection or personal security, preferably in a corporate or high-net-worth setting.
  • Exceptional physical fitness and proficiency in advanced defensive tactics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and remain composed under pressure; prior experience working with families is essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with extensive travel as necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in a family-oriented environment, particularly with children.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant security training programs is highly desirable.
  • A military background and a Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) license are preferred but not mandatory.

SUPERVISION:

The Executive Protection Manager will report directly to the Founders.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

The Executive Protection Manager oversees the Executive Protection Associates.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

The typical work schedule includes day and/or night shifts, including weekends.
