POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly proficient and committed Executive Protection Security Manager to provide exceptional security services to our leadership and their families. As the Executive Personal Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the safety and welfare of our senior executives, enabling them to concentrate on their responsibilities without distraction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting comprehensive risk evaluations and developing customized security strategies
  • Delivering close protection and security escort services during travel, events, and daily activities, ensuring seamless safety operations
  • Managing security surveillance systems and access controls with precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Continuously monitoring and assessing potential security threats, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks before they escalate
  • Maintaining constant vigilance and situational awareness, with the capacity to respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Supervising other security personnel and coordinating schedules to ensure uninterrupted coverage
  • Assisting with estate management duties as required
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance security protocols
  • Leading security briefings and training sessions for clients and their staff, ensuring preparedness and awareness
  • Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of clients, staff, and all business associates at all times
  • Providing secure and safe transportation for clients, ensuring every journey is as smooth and secure as possible

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection or personal security, preferably within a corporate or high-net-worth context
  • Exceptional physical fitness and proficiency in advanced defensive tactics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and remain composed under pressure; prior experience working with families is essential
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with extensive travel as necessary
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience working in a family setting, particularly with children
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant security training programs (highly desirable)
  • A military background and a Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) license (preferred but not required)

SUPERVISION:

The Executive Protection Manager will report directly to the Founders.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

The Executive Protection Manager oversees the Executive Protection Associates.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role will require reporting to a designated location.
