As the HR Engagement Communications Manager, you will be a vital contributor to fostering employee involvement in significant cultural and HR initiatives.

Your role will involve crafting and disseminating information regarding our benefits, personnel practices, and our dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, thereby enhancing understanding and participation.

As a primary narrative creator, you will celebrate our distinctive culture. You will also oversee culture-enhancing engagement programs that promote camaraderie and pride among our employees.

Reporting to the Director of HR Communications, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to creatively convey human interest narratives and essential HR-related information through various mediums, including written content, visuals, videos, and events.

Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in coordinating organization-wide communication and engagement initiatives for a global public company.

Responsibilities
Oversee the design and content of various HR communication channels, including internal websites, newsletters, email campaigns, videos, and in-person events.

Manage communication campaigns, including project plans, timelines, task lists, status updates, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain editorial calendars.

Write, design, and disseminate communications on a range of employment-related topics.

Identify, research, write/design, and amplify narratives that authentically represent our employment brand and reinforce our culture, seeking opportunities to share them across digital and print platforms.

Collaborate with a high-performing team to execute events and celebrations from inception to completion.

Manage external vendors for print, design, and language translation services.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in communicating HR-related topics, such as culture and engagement, benefits, employee relations, or talent acquisition.
1+ years of experience in corporate event planning.
Expertise in copywriting and business writing, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
Advanced graphic design capabilities, with the ability to create engaging visual assets for digital and print communications.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to create project timelines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a related field.
