Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans to achieve goals.
