About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's rapidly growing advertising team as an Account Executive, focusing on growth and Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth from existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Grow and retain revenue from existing advertisers by identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute advertising plans for various business types.
  • Utilize sales CRM tools to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on account management and digital media sales.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with a consultative selling style.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consistent sales performance and revenue generation.
  • Experience in high-level negotiation and internal/external relationship management.
