About the Role

Amazon Advertising is seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Development Manager to join our AdTech team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to expand our AdTech resale program.

You will work closely with our Sales and Partner teams to identify new opportunities and develop solutions to drive adoption and growth of our AdTech Suite. Your expertise in AdTech and MarTech will be essential in developing and executing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Amazon Ads revenue growth by working with Amazon Ad Sales and Partner teams to funnel new advertisers & agencies to AdTech Resale partners
  • Engage the C-Suite and executive teams of AdTech Resellers, ensuring their feedback and needs are communicated to internal stakeholder teams to influence the product roadmap and support requirements
  • Manage and scale the AdTech Resale program globally in partnership with Amazon DSP Product, Amazon Advertising Partner Network teams, Marketing, and Finance
  • Standardize and optimize resale commercial models, incentives, and business operations to improve the management and growth of AdTech Resellers
  • Analyze program performance and customer satisfaction data to identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase new acquisition, customer retention, and revenue expansion
A Day in the Life

As a Senior Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to expand our AdTech resale program. Your day will be filled with meetings with our Sales and Partner teams, analyzing program performance data, and developing solutions to drive adoption and growth of our AdTech Suite.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our C-Suite and executive teams to influence leadership decisions and drive business growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of AdTech and MarTech, as well as excellent sales and partner relationship management skills.
